We would like to share one excellent example of cooperation between business and scientific institutions – Caif Cafe set up at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University. The seemingly not particularly complicated 235 m2 cafe setup project was marked by a number of challenges – it was necessary to fundamentally reconstruct the spaces, install (concrete) ramp, newly lay water supply and wastewater removal lines to the bar (because no similar activities were ever planned for in this space), completely strip the concrete structures from paint and plaster.
